Whenever I need to test a firearm I like to head to the Lions Club Range at Mammoth AZ with my friend and gunsmith Jim Sparks of JS ARMS-AZ.
For a change of scenery and some dirt I sometimes take the Tucson Wash. This is a simple trail and does not really even require 4WD. You can get stuck in the sand if you try though so be prepared in case you do with help or resources to get unstuck.
